Semantic Topic Spotting introduces a more advanced way to automatically identify and group conversation topics based on meaning (not just keywords). This helps teams uncover deeper insights, trends, and opportunities across customer interactions with greater accuracy and less manual effort.

This Limited Availability release will:

• Be available starting May 04, 2026

• Initially support English only

Hi - Just to clarify this appears in the release notes for this week but mentions nothing about a trial? So users will expect to get that automatically and wonder where it is and not be aware of the trial? is this right?
