    We're excited to share an upcoming Limited Availability release for Genesys Cloud WEM - Speech and Text Analytics: Semantic Topic Spotting.

    Semantic Topic Spotting introduces a more advanced way to automatically identify and group conversation topics based on meaning (not just keywords). This helps teams uncover deeper insights, trends, and opportunities across customer interactions with greater accuracy and less manual effort.

    This Limited Availability release will:

    • Be available starting May 04, 2026

    • Initially support English only
