    Hi,
    One of the business teams (which run 24x7) has 38 rotations for work plans in the old platform. There's a hard limit of 10 at this stage. 
    Will this limit be increased in the future?

    The shift rows in a work plan neither represent nor are intended for rotations.

    We have an existing idea for a work plan rotation feature: https://purecloud.ideas.aha.io/ideas/CLWFO-I-10.

    Further documentation on work plans can be found https://help.mypurecloud.com/articles/work-plans-overview/ (along with other linked articles). That page has two expandable "Example" sections that give examples on what multiple shifts provide and how the scheduling engine chooses amongst shifts.
