    If I'm on the phone with a customer, and they want to send an email regarding their case, are these different interactions linked somehow?

    To the best of my knowledge, that is a feature which would be part of PureCloud Track (which has ties to Relate as well), not something that is possible within the current capabilities of PureCloud.
