    HI,

    Does anyone knows the default credentials for CHS(Customer Hardware Solution) Edges?

    And, does Genesys prohibit to login Linux OS for CHS Edges?

    Genesys does not allow access to the images or OS for security reasons.  As these are similar to the cloud edges, any access could reveal vulnerabilities in the platform.  If you have issues, you should just reimage the drives.
