  • 1.  List Management Summary

    We are a 24/7 centre with lot of outbound calls dialled in Predictive Mode. Contacts are added real-time. We are unable to monitor how many numbers are yet to be dialed, uncallable, not answered. A real-time Summary of List Management will be of great help.

    As with many things, Genesys will find the path to improvement if they look at how campaigns and lists are manageable within Engage and replicate this as much as possible.

    @Vaun McCarthy   This holds true for many limited or missing features within GCcx but were very robust in PureConnect or Engage.

    At times it would appear that Product Managers & Development Leaders  are working in a vacuum without referencing the older products as a guide to powerful/needed features that many customers have become accustom to!
