    Hi,
    Is there a list of error messages that can appear on the UI, and also an explanation of what the error message means and possible issues.
    Have a customer that has asked if we can report on specific error messages, for example, 'CALL ERROR- The request to hold/unhold the call failed'

    Would be great to be able to report on errors like this, rather than the end user flagging them.

    There is no such list that I am aware of.

    Ideas Lab is probably the place to start, and submit a request for more documentation on troubleshooting those messages.
