    Hello Everyone,

    Our customer would like to know the following: "how can we extract a report of abandoned calls" ?
    I have already suggested him to use "Queue Metrics Interval Export", but he need the list of abandoned phone number to be shown as well.

    Please, your advice is highly appreciated.

    You could get that data from the Analytics API, probably using https://developer.mypurecloud.com/api/rest/v2/analytics/#postAnalyticsConversationsDetailsQuery

    Or, purchase something like PureInsights from AppFoundry https://appfoundry.genesys.com/#/filter/purecloud/listing/1f3df1a1-1aae-4439-b235-376062fc0b14
