Hi everyone
I currently have a custom permission which only allows Interactions to be accessed but was wondering if its at all possible to add a condition to the permission which would limit which Queue/s can be listened to?
You might ask why would you limit this action, i suppose from a security and business perspective we occassionaly have outside units who want to listen to calls. As there are several departments who use Purecloud and of course from time to time they may have private and confidential information in the interaction. I would want to limit which type of queues a user can listen to.
Has anyone ever done this or know if it can be done?
