    I am cisco Engineer  i have worked on UCCE, UCCX and PCCE for past 15 years. we used to have live call monitor in On-prem setup. I have seen somewhat similar option in Cisco Webex CC. Is there any option to do live call monitor in Genesys. #ArchitectFlow #Architech #REALTIMEREPORTINGININBOUNDCALL
