Are you asking if LiveXchage data can be used in Genesys Cloud WFM? Short answer yes. You can import CSV data with queue/agent/stats info and use that for one-time forecasting or as historical data to start out with information for forecasting. Users that are to be scheduled would have to be licensed in GC for you to schedule them. What exactly are you hoping to achieve.
