Hello all

I've opened a ticket to run some load tests on our local network in preparation for our production launch. Since the number of concurrent calls won't exceed the number of agents I've hired, is this considered a load test by support?

Generally, if you are going to place a significantly greater load on the system than normal it is considered a load test since there may be back end resources that need to be increased to handle the new load. 

Resources do increase automatically, but not instantaneously, and Dev Support wants to know in advance if there is going to be a sudden spike in activity.
