Genesys Cloud - Main

I created a custom role by copying the purecloud user role, then removing a few permissions. I added the new role to a few users including myself for testing purposes, it all worked fine. Today when I go to admin, people and open a user profile to review, it works for the first couple of users, then I get an error "There was a problem loading that person role" If I hit refresh it works. The error is not consistent, it comes and go, and it does not pop up only with users with new role, it is random
