  • 1.  Log Data action failure response in call flow

    Hi Everyone,

    I need to log failure response in call flow, but according to documents Failure outputs is only available for non-call flow as shown below.  Is there any way or a workaround to do this?

    Hello Amir,

    I would vote on and and add your use case to the following idea: Allow for use of data action error messages within Voice Flows

    I am interested to hear if anyone else in the community has a workaround/solution for this

    Can you use Flow Outcomes and Flow Milestones for that?

    according to Genesys documentation flow milestones and outcomes are used to gather data about self-service success while the case here that I need to log the failure response (error code, error message, .. ) in the call flow however Genesys limits the failure outputs to be only available for non-call flow.
