Genesys Cloud - Main

Here I go with another silly question. I swear that in the past I have seen a PureCloud user, with no admin or supervisor rights, log directly into PureCloud without having to choose collaborate/communicate or architect.I feel like I am going crazy. Does anyone else have users that can log directly in to PureCloud with out seeing the Architect option? We enabled SSO on a client and now all users are getting the Architect option.

That is a feature on the roadmap, but bestowed to have users go to https://apps.mypurecloud.com instead.

Hi, Angie,

I was going to ask which URL they are using to access the login.

When I browse to https://login.mypurecloud.com and use the standard login or SSO, either way I get the choice between Architect and Collaborate/Communicate.

However, if I start with https://apps.mypurecloud.com, I don't get the choice and it logs me right into Collaborate/Communicate.

My Okta tile (in Genesys Okta) goes to login.mypurecloud.com, so I get the choice. If your customer is using Okta or OneLogin, maybe they can check the tile link and make sure it goes to apps.mypurecloud.com instead.
