Our customer has requested us to integrate PureCloud to their payroll system. Is there a way to receive daily login/logout times of all their workers? They would like to use this to get daily working hours.

I'll start with a warning against using PureCloud as a timecard system or as a means to pay employees. PureCloud does not intend to measure how long an agent was participating in work activities for their employer. PureCloud does not have a concept of logged in or logged out. There are common scenarios where a user could be "at work" but not using PureCloud (e.g. computer crashed, logged out to go on break, forgot to log in, doing non-PureCloud activities, etc) as well as scenarios where the user is still showing as available in PureCloud but is not at work (i.e. didn't log out before going home).

If you must proceed with making such a measurement using PureCloud data, first, be sure to review your local wage laws to ensure that the manner in which you decide to calculate your payroll is consistent with those laws. You can use the Analytics User Status Detail Query or the user status aggregate query to retrieve presence information about the user. This will give you either the timestamps for each presence change for the user or a an aggregate duration for each presence the user was in during the interval, depending on which query you choose.

The process would not be fully automated. Managers would check hours for their teams. After that, team leaders would also check hours. After this data would be send to payroll system for 3rd check. On each point, there would be a person checking and correcting hours.
