Genesys Cloud - Main

Is there a place within Genesys Purecloud that I can find a system file / audit log?  We are having users randomly populate things line phone numbers in their profiles and it is messing up remote calls.  We would like to be able to see when these types of changes are made

On a larger scale there are Audit APIs that you could get fed into something else.
