  • 1.  Looking for a Vendor for API Implementation

    Hello,  My company went live on Genesis back in December. At the time our Collection system wasn't ready for API implementation. We are now ready to proceed but we were unhappy with the Vendor that did our initial Setup. I'm looking for recommendations for a vendor to use during the next phase setting us up using the API's technology of Genesys.

    To be clear, do you mean Genesys Cloud reaching out to a 3rd party API, or having a 3rd party system call the Genesys API?

    Either way around, my company would be more than happy to assist.

    Our Company went live before our Servicing system was able to support the API part of it. Now our Servicing system is able to connect to  API and we are looking for a vendor help setup/train using API.
