Genesys demoed the new AI Guides in AI Studio-basically letting the bot walk customers through a process without building every single step manually. I'm exploring this myself, so I'm curious:
Have you implemented something similar using Genesys Cloud's GenAI or knowledge features?
May be, used 'Guides' in real scenarios? Like, creating them from prompts or uploading process docs?
Any insights, limitations, or tips from real usage would be helpful?
P.S. I understand the setup and implementation part. I'm mainly trying to gauge the real time‑savings and hear actual usage experiences.
