I'm looking for a way to quantify data from the following questions from the business:
1. How soon after SMS is sent does guest respond?
2. How long after a survey expires does a guest respond (after any expired question during the survey)?
3. At what point in the flow does a guest stop replying, allowing the survey to expire?
4. How many guests respond after a survey expires?
5. Number of invalid responses
6. Time between responses
7. Partial completion rate
8. Percentage of guests who respond to the 1st question
Is there any existing method to collect this information into a report? Looking to collect these requirements.
