I am looking for a way to apply a outbound script to specific queues. I am rather new at this--But managed to create a script that has a dropdown that writes a variable to participant data (In essence, we needed a second wrapup code).
The thing is, (And I admit this sounds silly) I have no idea how to make my script apply to specific queues (Or even globally) when outbound calls are made on behalf of them.
As it is right now, the script only appears when im dialing my cell phone, but won't appear when I dial out to anyone else. I need a way to make this work without having to pre-enter numbers into a directory of sorts as we do not use the genesys directory.
