Currently, this collect input is in my in-queue call flow (Not sure if I would have to put this somewhere else first?)

No questions are dumb if you don't know the answer... Also, I had the same question previously :-)
The first thing you need to do is set a 'variable' on your script.

This is done on the right hand side, underneath the cube (variable) tab.
One you've done this and saved it, go to your flow in Architect.

Add a 'Set Screen Pop' action and when you select your script from the drop down menu, you'll see the variable you created (for instance PIN_Number) under 'Inputs'. You can assign the flow/task variable to the script variable here and this transfers the information from flow to script.

Hey Everyone,
Hopefully, this isn't too dumb of a question.
I am creating a call flow that has the inbound caller input their account number.
Once that happens, I am not sure how to get that collected data to show in a script. Been looking around but can't find how to do this easily.
I have tried using the "get participant data" and naming it the same as a variable in my script, but it doesn't show when the script pops. Not even sure that's remotely on the right track. Any help would be appreciated!
