    We are looking to talk with any Genesys Cloud clients who have gone through the implementation process with Shelf Knowledge .. we would like to hear any feedback on this partner and maybe have an open conversation!

    We have assisted several customers to use Shelf.io as their main KMS for bots, agent assist and other functions.  It is great because it is a truly enterprise-wide KMS, not siloed like Genesys knowledge workbench  I would suggest you talk to Jeff at Shelf to give you some references or happy to answer any of your questions myself.
