  • 1.  Loss of Historical Adherence Data When Moving Managment Units

    Hello everyone,

    we are in the process of consolidating a couple management units from separate business units into a single business unit. However, after the change, the historical Adh and Conf data was deleted. I thought I would still be able to access this information, but this does not seem to be the case. Does anyone know if there is a way to access the Adh and Conf from the old business unit?

    Hi Andrew, 

    Here is an article on you question in the resource center. Did you delete the original Business Units/Management Units? 

    • Agent data remains with the original MU.

    Chuck,

    no, I did not delete the original business unit. I moved the management units to a new business unit, so I did not delete them either. The article you posted talks about the movement of agents between MU, not the movement of MU to new BU. I read the same article before the change which was why I was confused when all the numbers disappeared.
