Hello Team,
Our company's fraud department is interested to see if Genesys Cloud has the ability to assist with integrating with one of our credit tools that manages if a customer receives an e-signature for their finance form. Was wondering if Genesys would be a good tool with this and to discuss with our fraud manager to see if this could work as we aren't looking to spend a lot on an integration because our ERP system will be completed sometime in 2025.
