  • 1.  Lot of Genesys Admin UI help pages show Error 404

    Just an observation but I seem to hit a lot of Error 404 responses when using the Help icon in the Admin UI. 

    The help is generally there if you search separately but having direct context help is much preferred, and time saving.

    Report it.  I used to see that a lot with the context-sensitive help, but it has gotten better!  Look up the same information in the Resource Center and then leave a comment at the bottom of that page letting them know where you were in the UI and that the help did not work. They are really quick to reply and fix it.
