Hi Cameron,
it's not the underscore rather the slash "/" that it doesn't like. I've tried also with backslash but it's not working either.
it has no problem with Invoice_01@swisscomd365.onmicrosoft.com
Thank you,
Mihai

Hello Mihai,
It just looks like its throwing a character issue error. I am thinking its not liking the underscore in the name.
Cheers,

Hi Cameron,
I'm afraid this is not possible, or I didn't understand correctly how to do it. Please see screenshot below:

In that case yes I believe its possible to monitor specific subfolders in your inbox.
During the email route configuration (Admin > Email > Your Domain > Routes: When adding a mailbox you can specify the exact folder path you want to monitor. The folder path should include the complete path to your subfolder (eg. "Inbox/YourSpecificFolder")
Some important considerations to note make sure the Microsoft Graph API integration has the necessary permissions to access the specific subfolder. The integration will only process emails from the specified folder path. You can set up multiple routes for different folders if needed.

Hello,
anyone knows if i possible to monitor only a specific subfolder in INBOX when setting up a GRAPH API mailbox?
There is an app that sorts the emails in specific subfolders and only one subfolder contains the emails for Genesys. Can I pull only these emails that are in this subfolder?
Regards,
Mihai
