    Hi community

    We are starting to work with the continuous forecast. I understood is that the update was done daily, at night.

    In the 'audit viewer', this daily update was indeed recorded. However, it no longer appears since 15 days before

    How can I verify that this update is done or what additional checks can I make?

    There is a visual element on the UI itself that should state 'Data is up to date' (top of graph).

    'no longer appears' - you mean the audit entry? That is expected. See https://help.mypurecloud.com/articles/view-audit-events/ it notes:

    Note: Intervals cannot exceed more than the last 14 days. To view audit events for a period prior to the last 14 days, use the Audit APIs referenced in the Developer Center.
