I am working on a flow in Architect and want to translate a Variable into an ACD Skill.
It seems like it should be easy but I am not finding it that way.
Scenario:
- Call into IVR
- Based on DNIS a variable is set
- later in flow I want to use this variable as the ACD Skill in the Transfer to ACD
Currently,
- I have to create and array of ACD Skills,
- find the variable value within the array of ACD Skills,
- then use that identified array value as the ACD Skill in the Transfer to ACD
What I have found is that I need to set up a array of the ACD skills, find the variable value within the array of ACD skills, and then use that in my Transfer to ACD block.
This seems very clumsy, does not allow for dynamic growth
