    Hello, 

    I would like to automate downloading reports using the API, since every week I have to export multiple reports from the app. If I use postman, I have to set everytime and for every report the interval I want to see. 
    Therefore, I tried to authenticate using R, but I did not manage to do it. 

    Has someone had already experience authenticating with R or automating report downloads?

    The ideal scenario would be to connect directly to purecloud, extract data from where on I can do my analysis. 

    I am very happy to hear from experiences or tipps.

    HI Regina, 
    The Genesys Cloud APIs are fantastic but you will need to do a lot of development to make it work with a good team of front end, back end, cloud and security developers to make this work correctly, well that is what we did.
    We have built our own report application of the last 2 years for Genesys Cloud clients. One of those built in features is raw data. You get to see all analytics API fields in a readable format, you can then add or take columns away as required. You can drag and drop the format you want e.g. by queue by agent by wrap code by date and then export it into excel, csv, .doc or pdf.  The application takes into consideration things like security ( no data is stored), additional API costs, search drill down to specific interactions, A-Z Z-A filtering etc. The application is designed by client requirements and is updated monthly with new features.
