Hi Dave,
The only way currently is through Architect but it seems logical that there should be a view in the UI. I had a quick look on the Genesys Cloud Ideas Portal, but couldn't find an idea for this, so would definitely recommend raising an idea so that it can be considered for future implementation

Subject: Manage agent greeting for other users?
I'm currently testing out the permissions for agent greetings so we can roll them out across our org. Part of our workflow involves someone reviewing the greeting after the agent records it, then removing the greeting edit/delete permissions from the agent once they have an acceptable greeting. They are not free to change their greetings at will.
I see the otherAgentGreeting permissions that say they grant permission to edit or view "others' agent greetings". Can someone point me to where/how that's done? As an admin, I can look up their user ID, then go look in Prompts in Architect to see them all. The person reviewing greetings doesn't have all that access, though, and I'm hoping there's a simpler way. Am I missing some greeting administration page somewhere?
