    Hi,

     

    How do i manage where outbound emails are sent if i set up my Pure Cloud environment to use my organisations domain name?

     

    What i want is for the emails to go through Office 365 exchange and then out the the recipient.

     

    I couldn't find any information on this in the resource centre, and I do not wish to use amazonses.com as the outgoing mail server (https://help.mypurecloud.com/articles/set-custom-mail-configuration/)

    You won't be able to have the emails go through Office 365. Our email is powered by AWS and any outbound emails must go out via AWS Simple Email Service (SES).

     

    You can, however, setup your organization email to be used for outbound emails for any given queue. See help at the bottom of this article:  https://help.mypurecloud.com/articles/create-queues/
