    Hello team!

    I'm reaching out to enquire if anyone is able to advise what the relevant permission is to enable viewing of shift history in schedules.

    Manage shifts and shift history - Genesys Cloud Resource Center

    We're wanting to enable our leaders to be able to view published changes for historical rosters without being able to edit schedules, however I'm unable to find a relevant permission in Products, roles, and permissions list - Genesys Cloud Resource Center

    Our current thought is that it might fall under "Edit Schedules" since it involves managing shifts, but wanted to know if there is one I'm overlooking.

    Hi @Brahdilleone Dermody,

    I had previously had this discussion with a Service Provider.

    We wanted shifts to be locked and non-editable by anyone by WFM for historical rosters greater than 5 days old, and for future rosters further in advance than 10 days.

    The response we got was "Published, is Published", once released, everyone with edit permissions can edit for eternity.

    Sorry that is not helpful, but it's all we know.
