I am having a very difficult time trying to assign queues to multiple agents . It just won't recognize that there are any queues. Notice how nothing comes This happens 90% of the time I try to use this feature. Is anyone else experiencing this?
In addition, I can't find a way to get Genesys to remember my filter, so if I end up having to go into each individual agent (which is almost always) I lose my place. Am I missing how to get this to remember the filter chosen?
