    Dear Community ,

    Does someone know how to mandate one set of agents to login to GC via SSO only , but another set of agents can login into GC manually as well ! 

    There is a setting that will make it ALL or NONE - 'Disable GC login'  as also mentioned in https://help.mypurecloud.com/articles/use-sso-instead-of-genesys-cloud-login-credentials/.

    Does somebody know if this can be selectively done ?

    Hey Garima, 

    Currently, this is all or nothing. You "could" do a janky workaround by resetting the passwords for those who you don't want to be able to login with GC manually, and asking them not to reset the password, therefore 'forcing' them to use SSO. Though, you would need to rely on the honesty system then
