  • 1.  Manual Schedule Creation in Genesys Cloud 2

    In the <PRI-Genesys Cloud User Fature Matrix> file, I've seen one feature called 'Manual Schedule Creation' under Genesys Cloud 2, what does it mean? does it mean Excel shecule can be imported into GC? Can agents see it? There is no description from the resrouce center. Anyone can share more infomration about this feature?

    It means you can create a blank schedule and then manually add agents and shifts.

    Versus this (which is in Genesys Cloud 3): https://help.mypurecloud.com/articles/generate-a-load-based-schedule/

    Agents can see it if they are in the schedule, the schedule is published, and they have the correct permissions.
