    Hi all,

    Just wondering if anyone else is also confused regarding the latest Genesys release notes.  

    Manually add words to the dictionary backend

    Administrators can now manually include specific terms and phrases to enhance the accuracy of term identification and improve transcription precision.

    For the life of me, I cannot figure out where this dictionary is located or how to access it.  I've tried adding dictionary permissions as a role, but this didnt give me access to anything. The release notes link takes you to the Speech and Text analytics page, but there's no information or article with instructions on how to access this.  I found a random article when searching and it refers the Developer Centre and using API's.

    Does anybody have any more information on this feature?.

    We're going to be updating this for clarity. Currently, it is only available through API.
