    Is there a way to restart a sequence back to 1? Pausing the campaign and restarting it only resumes where it left off.

    Don't we wish.  There are ideas on AHA about this you can vote on and Genesys is actively working on resorting while campaign is running, but you get the recycle when you restart.  Look through the ideas on AHA and encourage voting:
