I want to download all data related to conversations for INBOUND interactions and for OUTBOUND campaigns and according to this scope what API are need to do so?

All data is a pretty broad description. Can you explain what the data will be used for and/or what the use case is so that we might better direct you to the proper API?

We need to have all voice interactions data structure in a SQL database for inbound interactions and also for outbound dialer capaings where we can have conclusions, dialing tries.

Try using the Analytics APIs to retrieve conversation data.
There aren't any pre-built ways to dump data to a relational database that I'm aware of, but there is an open source project that may be of interest as a starting point. https://github.com/MyPureCloud/open-data-exporter
