Is it possible to mask sensitive information or profanity in web messages in real time so that the agent just sees ** instead of actual?

There's currently no plans to mask profanity in web messages but there is an idea out to mask PII/PCI data https://genesyscloud.ideas.aha.io/ideas/REC-I-29
