  • 1.  Mask the Agents name in Gamification

    A customer asked about Gamification and if they allow the agents to see or compare their score with other agents. Is there any way to pseudonymize or mask the agent's name so they don't know who has what score?

    Good Day Martin

    It does not seem like this feature is currently available.  I saw the following on the ideas portal - https://genesyscloud.ideas.aha.io/ideas/WEGPM-I-106 and merged into https://genesyscloud.ideas.aha.io/ideas/WEGPM-I-49.

    The current status is "future consideration, I would recommend voting on it as well.
