I created a policy that was suppose to assign metered evaluations and calibrations at 4 per day to the 1 QA Evaluator. Now for some reason this Policy went crazy and assigned thousands of evaluations. I'm looking for a method of deleting all the evaluations assigned to the 1 QA evaluator, any ideas?

You could write a script using the Quality Management APIs to retrieve the evaluations and delete them. GET /api/v2/quality/evaluations/query has a query param evaluatorUserId to help you filter for this scenario.

Thanks for the suggestion Tim, is there anything on the roadmap to be able to do a select all or even a select of evaluations, so that we don't have to do a one at a time, multiple click process to delete evaluations? I can't imagine I'm the first to have a rogue policy create mass amounts of evaluations (I do have a ticket open about figuring out why the policy did that when I had it metered to only put out 1 or 2 a day, not a minute).

Hi Jonathan, Although it's not currently planned, it is something that has come up before and we'd like to add that capability at some point. You can vote for it in the ideas portal here https://genesys.aha.io/ideas/CLDIG-I-274 The more votes - the more attention it gets. Thanks!

Thanks Vareen, voted, though I did have to use this link as I think the link you provided is for genesys employees only :) https://purecloud.ideas.aha.io/ideas/CLDIG-I-274
