    Does anyone know the maximum number of agents that can be configured on Genesys cloud?

    Hello Mohamed,

    I was checking out Limits page and I don't think that we have documented cap on the maximum number of agents for Genesys Cloud. Now with that said, there are some limits that you should be aware of such as a queue can handle a maximum of 5000, only 100 users can be added at a time, etc. Some of these limits can be adjusted by reaching out to Product Support to discuss your specific requirements.

    There is no real maximum limit - I know there are companies with 10's of thousands on Genesys Cloud.  
    One thing to make sure you look at is the Edge Devices.  Typically, an ORG is configured for 2 Edge devices which can handle about 300-350 calls each.   You may need to increase the number of Edges or swap out for the XL versions as you add users.
