Totally agree, Luiz. The tool is really useful, but unfortunately, the current limit can cause some problems for large flows.

Replay Mode really is one of the best things Architect added.
One thing I'd add, especially for larger or more complex flows, is the current Flow Execution History limit of 350 variables once you go beyond "base" execution data.
When you're working with a lot of variables, integrations, or reusable tasks, that limit can make troubleshooting a little harder, especially when you're trying to track down specific issues.
If anyone else has run into that too, this idea is definitely worth a look:

Replay Mode is already incredibly useful, so having more visibility here would make it even better.

Genesys Cloud is the absolute biggest "game changer".
Here is a breakdown:
1. Architect Replay Mode: Instead of the tedious "publish and test" cycle for troubleshooting your Interactive Voice Response (IVR) or omnichannel flows, you can use Replay Mode. Why it helps: You can replay a live flow execution to inspect exactly which paths were taken, which variables were populated, and where errors occurred in real-time. Where to learn more: Check the Genesys Replay Mode Guide to cut your debugging time in half.
2. Centralizing with Data Tables: Users often hardcode routing rules, business hours, or VIP lists directly into individual flows. If those change, you have to republish dozens of Architect flows. Why it helps: Data Tables act as an internal database where you can store and map key-value pairs (like specific agent queues based on zip codes). You update the table once, and every flow pulling from it instantly gets the update.
3. Modular Flow Building: Early on, it's tempting to build massive, monolithic flows in Architect. A highly recommended best practice is breaking logic into reusable, modular tasks (e.g., authentication, error handling, or API integrations). This prevents bloated flows and allows you to reuse smaller tasks across multiple flows.
4. Continuous Learning (Orchestrators): Genesys features a highly active user community. You can level up your admin skills quickly by participating in the Genesys Orchestrators network, which offers learning paths, webinars, and peer tips.
