  • 1.  Media type 'Messaging' canned responses not showing images

    I have created canned responses for 'messaging' which is our chat feature on our B to B site.   I tired all image types nothing shows up in the message to my client.  Any idea what I am doing wrong?

    I feel like I saw a Genesys video somewhere around this recently, but couldn't track it down.

    Short answer, you can't auto add images from canned responses or knowledge articles, the agent has to attach the image themselves.

    Not sure if the updated messaging UI will support this either:
