    Is there a way to play a message right before a queued call being transferred to Agent?

    Message to the agent?  Yes, use https://help.mypurecloud.com/articles/set-whisper-audio-action/
    Message to the caller?  No.  The in-queue flow doesn't know when the call will be taken away.
