I've seen the release for the in-queue email message and chat flows and while in Architect, I'm not getting the options for under flows for create in-queue email flow.
I've gone into Admin > Queues and when I select a queue and go to the Email tab, it doesn't allow me the option to input the in-queue for for the e-mail section.
Am I missing some configuration to enable this?
Please advise, would be much appreciated.

Good news is that the in queue flow for messenger will be GA within the next couple of weeks and should help this use case so look out for that.

Ah right sorry about that.
Yeah I think Users and Queues are all that is currently possible for messenger, and yeah no InQ Flow for messenger, yet.
I suspect even with the APIs it might not be possible. Hope I'm wrong though.
