A recent change appears to have been implemented that is now triggering a sound whenever the agent sends a message to a contact on either Web Messaging or SMS Messaging interactions. This did not use to be the case and does not happen on Web Chat interactions. Furthermore, if the agent has Genesys open in more than one tab, the sound will often happen a second time for the same message. Has anyone else noticed this new behavior and found a way to disable it? Our agents do not like it at all.
