MessagingService - agent connected event?

    Hi,

    Is there any way I can subscribe to an event in MessagingService that shows when a conversation has been picked up by an agent?  We're developing our own chat widget and we would like to give some feedback to the user to let them know an agent has actually picked up their call i.e. they have moved from the chatbot to a human agent.

    We could not see any specific events that reference this - would this be some kind of messaging from the Architect side rather than a specific event?

    Any guidance appreciated!
