    Hi,

    We are using the Messenger Headless Mode SDK to develop our own chat widget.  We are seeing messages as expected which is great.  However, we would like to elegantly close down the widget when the agent disconnects (or there are any types of disconnect).  The MessagingService.conversationDisconnected event seems to be what we are after, yet we can never get it to trigger, even though our flows can only ever finish on a disconnect node.

    Is this a known issue or something we should be aware of?

    Hello Mark, 

    Could you please share how MessagingService.startConversation working in your code. I'm also working on our own chat widget, and MessagingService.startConversation not rigger backend POST from  Genesys Cloud.
