    Hello Genesys Cloud Community 👋

    We are planning to release an improvement to how we handle keyboard navigation within Messenger: the new behavior will ensure that users can use Shift+Tab to navigate backwards in the Messenger's transcript panel, as this is the most intuitive experience for any user. The rollout is planned within the next couple of weeks, we'll keep you posted!

    Angelo, how closely are you implementing US ADA interfaces and following WASP for accessibility as this feature seems to address?

    @Robert Wakefield-Carl as of now for Messenger we have published two Accessibility Conformance Reports, you can find both here > https://help.mypurecloud.com/articles/about-accessibility/

    1. WCAG 2.1
    2. 508 (this is specific to US government sites)

    The combination above should cover also ADA, but let me involve our compliance team to confirm.
